(excuse the typing im shaking muchly)
my step kids love coming down here, not to see me, to see my mum.
mums never given it to there 'how much will it cost you' ways, when getting them to do jobs, and they do certainly do that now.
stormy never got paid for household chores and neither will you, you will do it because you love me ;D
now house hold chores, is that what you called them mum, lol, mine used to be cleaning out the animals and weeding the vegi patch, and those were the days when we had much more animals.
they seem to enjoy their little jobs, expessilly when theres a bonfire involved
Last saturday they helped mum dig out grass from a square or rather triangle by our porch (or conservatory to posh people).
They were finding all sorts of rubbish under there. I didnt even know they were doing it till tom appeared with a old rusty nail. look what i found he said, is it old dad?, yes said dad that would be one of the nails they stuck up jesus with.
1 hour later my kitchen had turned into the time teams head quarters. we had bricks, iron and bottle tops.
they found an old spanner which turned out to be the actual tool boudica tightened her chariot nuts with, king arthers toothpick, an ironage bottle top and the best was merlins wand, with the actual rust that was on it when he had it.
it was a brill laugh.
they seem to love helping mum, probally because she beats them up and they love that.
lets be cheeky to penny (my mum mick) and see how far we can push her before she whacks us around.
later on i sent dad and tom to feed the chickens. and half an hour later they were still there, dad had got out his metal detector in the chicken run.
so if you uwant your kids to dig the garden, say there is buried treasure in it somewhere and they will. ;D
