Always check for allergies to ingredients before trying a new cosmetic. Always double check whether a carrier oil is needed for essential oils and never use when pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition without first talking to your GP, midwife or Aromatherapist/Herbalist. All recipies and ingredients are used at your own risk.

ditto if using herbal remedies for pets. Ti Tree oil is highly toxic to cats, for example.

good point Euripedes, remember you have a choice about using herbal remdies - it's not always a good idea to impose that on an animal!
