This roughly is the recipe and procedure for a very effective rub: I tend to do it by memory and intuition - a pinch of this....
dry ingredients tumeric ginger Fresh Mint leaves, black pepper, ground chili, Fresh curry plant, cloves and Fresh feverfew
in varying quantities..... include at least four of the above in any batch,
optional: ginsing ylang ylang evening primrose
add ingredients to sunflower oil in small tightly lidded jars and leave on the window sill in direct sunlight leave for one week then drain oil and discard ingredients: replace with fresh ingredients leave for another week, then drain again, replace ingredients and leave for a third week: if it is winter or particualrly cold leave in airing cupboard instead of window sill.
the slow cook releases all the ingredients and makes a strong effective oil with great anaesthetic properties.
PS goats milk also has a long history of use for arthritis inc bathing in it, using it in ointments and eating it

you can make up a very effective rub,
a small jar, with a tight sealing lid, ordinary dunflower oil, the type you'd cook with.
fresh mint leaves, cloves, ground black pepper and ground chillis
leave on window sill in sunshine or in hot press in winter, for around two weeks strain and repeat with fresh ingredients, leave for one week minimum preferably two..strain and use oil. I make this for myself and my mother, both of us have Rheumatoid Arthritis (sic) and its one of the most effective remedies, perfectly natural and does give relief in most cases. And a small bottle goes a long way. The window method is best, it slowheats the oil but an airng cupboard is also fine.
