Why is it that some councils are giving the things away, while others don't and up here in Scotland. I want a green cone but the price is out of my reach. A green cone is like a compost bin only you put food waste into it and it decomposes into liquid which drains away into the soil. It can reduce household waste by up to 25% apparently. I dunno You try and be green and environmentally conscious, but just like buying organic, you have to pay a small fortune just to act like a bloody smug hippy. Mick.
